These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grid Time Tracker, a macOS application developed by Strivian LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Grid Time Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Grid Time Tracker is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase through the Apple App Store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store terms. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the software.
All time tracking data you create in Grid Time Tracker is stored locally on your device. You own your data. We do not have access to it, and we are not responsible for backing it up. We recommend regularly exporting your data if you need to preserve it.
Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. If you have issues with your purchase, please contact Apple Support.
We may release updates to Grid Time Tracker that add features, fix bugs, or make other improvements. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.
Grid Time Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strivian LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of Grid Time Tracker.
You may stop using Grid Time Tracker at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app with reasonable notice. Your locally stored data remains yours regardless of whether you continue using the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
